QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
MANY
PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY ARE EATING VERY WELL, BUT IN FACT, THEY ARE NOT.
WHAT KIND OF FOODS SHOULD WE BE EATING FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH?
Many
people think they are eating excellent food because they are paying
a high price for it. Just because the food costs a lot of money doesn't
necessarily mean it is good food. Some people think that if the food
tastes good, it must be good for them. This may be true to some degree,
but more often than not, the food is not as nutritionally beneficial
as it could be. Or maybe you are eating in only the finest restaurants.
The problem with restaurant cooking is that many of the utensils used
in the cooking are made from metals containing aluminum, they use
many foods that are processed and they use chemical preparations to
keep fresh foods from spoiling quite often. So even if you are eating
at the salad bar, you cannot be sure the food you are eating is free
of chemicals. The best diet should include 15-20 varieties of fresh,
raw vegetables and raw or native protein every day. (Raw and native
contains the full range of amino acids. These amino acids are destroyed
when the protein is cooked using high heat. Native protein is cooked
slowly over low heat for only a short amount of time.) Organically
grown foods should be eaten as much as possible because they will
yield the best nutritional components and the best taste. Consumption
of meats should be kept to a minimum and should consist largely of
fish and poultry. Most people should severely limit their intake of
sugars and fruits, particularly if a adverse health condition exists.
MANY
PEOPLE SUFFER FROM DEGENERATIVE CONDITIONS. WHY?
The
repeated incidence of illness can lead to a degenerative condition
later on. If the toxins you are ingesting are being accumulated in
a particular place in your body and you continue to feed yourself
more toxic substances, eventually, this part of your body will malfunction.
The location of the accumulated toxins within your body will vary
depending on heredity and other physiological factors.
